Last weekend the Esko U16 fastpitch team competed in the Minnesota Softball State Championship, Tier 3, in Big Lake, placing third out of 25 teams. With the top-three finish, the team qualified to participate at the Aug. 11 Minnesota Twins Parade of Champions.
