On Tuesday afternoon, a crowd of nearly 50 people gathered outside the Carlton County Courthouse, to remind the world that Jackie DeFoe, her 20-month-old son Kevin and unborn child were killed in March and the court case against her alleged killer is moving slowly through the system.
