This aerial view of the site where 40 railcars carrying coal derailed Saturday shows the damage and how much of progress BNSF employees and contractors have made in clearing up the site, which is located on the Fond du Lac Reservation about four miles west of Cloquet. FDL officials say railroad officials have done an extremely poor job of working with the band on the cleanup and emergency response efforts on Reservation land.
