The Association of Minnesota Counties recognized the Carlton County board and staff Tuesday with one of five 2021 County Achievement awards for their collaborative work planning and conducting one the first drive-thru vaccination clinics in Minnesota. "They created a solution that will be a model for future emergencies, but just as importantly created a method of working together that will serve the county well in their everyday work," said Julie Ring, AMC executive director.
