The automated roll storage system located inside the Sappi mill in Cloquet has bays for 504 rolls of paper. The mill produces 350,000 tons of paper products a year and the equivalent of 50 semitrailer loads a day. Rolls are retrieved and shipped from one of 14 trucking docks or three rail docks located in the mill.
