The fourth annual Groundhog Day Medallion Hunt in Cloquet has ended. Make Abell of Cloquet found the medallion hidden near City Hall on the morning of Feb. 12. Mike won $510 in gift cards and certificates for Cloquet businesses. The Medallion Hunt kicked off on Groundhog Day after the 6-inch circular resin medallion bearing the likeness of a groundhog and containing a penny was hidden in its top-secret location.
