The Cloquet seventh-grade girls basketball team competed in the B1 division of the Grade State Basketball Tournament March 2-3. The team lost to Eastview, 32-35, in the first game, beat Delano 41-23 in the second game, won against Farmington 47-40, defeated Blaine 42-39, then avenged the first loss to the same Eastview team by winning 44-21. They eventually lost to STARS in the last seconds of the game, 33-34, to finish fourth overall.
