As mandated by the Clean Water Act and the Minnesota Pollution Control Agency, the city of Cloquet has developed a Stormwater Pollution Prevention Program. The SWPPP, a document unique to Cloquet, is a required piece of the Municipal Separate Storm Sewer System permit necessary to own and operate a storm sewer system.
