The Retired and Senior Volunteer Program is one of the largest volunteer networks in the nation for those 55 and over. One of the great things about this program is that one can use skills and interests developed over a lifetime for the benefit of the community.

This month’s featured volunteer, Bonnie Wenborg, is doing just that. From among her many skills, Wenborg is using her bookkeeping skills to assist the Tri-Community Food Shelf in Cromwell.
