Registration is open now through April 15 for the Northern Siege Youth Lacrosse League, now in its second year of providing a lacrosse program for boys and girls ages 5-14. The league is open to prospective players from across Carlton County, including but not limited to Barnum, Carlton, Cloquet, Esko, FDL, Moose Lake and Wrenshall.
Kids who have never tried lacrosse are invited to a free Learn to LAX clinic for grades K-8 on Feb. 22 at the Fond du Lac Tribal Center, 1720 Big Lake Road, Cloquet. Times vary according to age group. Organizer Sean Hall said they’re hoping to double the numb...
