Community Memorial Hospital Auxiliary members and staff posed in an emergency room with a stack of fleece blankets donated by the auxiliary to be given to young children who come in. The CMH Auxiliary had two meet-and-greet events recently for those interested in becoming a volunteer at the hospital and Sunnyside Health Care Center. During the meetings, everyone participated in tying the blankets. As an added bonus, six people signed up to become volunteers. Anyone interested in volunteering can call the hospital at 218-879-4641 and ask to speak to someone in the volunteer office.
