Members of the North Central States Regional Council of Carpenters picket the soon-to-be Burger King restaurant in Cloquet Monday. Union member Adam Johnson said they were picketing the contractor, Celtic, because it is an out-of-town contractor that doesn't pay the area standard wages and benefits.
