Grant infusion expected to boost airport

Venture North Aviation owner Bill Stone says he will buy more airplanes and hire additional staff to keep up with the additional business that will come from a new hangar and workforce training center at the Cloquet airport.

An investment by the federal government at the Cloquet Carlton County Airport is helping a local business. As a result, that business will be making its own investments with increased staffing and offerings at the local airport.
