Wilbur “Pete” Emerson Mills, 99, of Carlton passed away Friday, July 2, 2021 in St. Luke’s Hospital in Duluth. Visitation: 1 p.m. until the 2 p.m. memorial service Tuesday, July 20 in Queen of Peace Catholic Church, Cloquet.
