Satisfy your craving for soup or Finnish pride at the 16th annual Mojakka Cook-Off on Sunday, March 13 at the Northeastern Saloon and Hotel, 115 St. Louis Ave. on Cloquet’s Dunlap Island. Featuring Finnish soups created by an expected 10 to 20 cooks, the soup will be warm and ready for tasting (and voting on) from noon until 4:30 p.m. It’s a fundraiser for the Carlton County Historical Society.
