Obituary: Thomas Jeffrey Danger

May 20, 2022

Thomas Jeffrey Danger, born Oct. 15, 1952, in Crookston, passed peacefully on March 25, 2022, in his home, with family. Tom graduated from Esko High School in 1970. He went on to earn his bachelor's degree from Augsburg College, where he made many lifelong friends. Tom's long career at AT&T provided him the opportunity to relocate to different cities around the country. Wherever he landed, he built strong friendships, and always a stylish comfortable home.

After retiring, Tom moved to Tucson, which inspired other friends to move there as well. He continued to travel, visiting family and spending time with friends. Tom also adopted his dog Lily, whom he adored. They enjoyed daily walks, visiting with neighbors and relaxing by the pool.

Tom is now reunited with his parents, Lloyd and Lenore, and his sisters, Susan Grossman and Kathie Kemi. He will be missed dearly by his brothers, the Rev. Terry (Jana) and Robert (Belinda); and nieces, nephews and many friends.

On April 16, neighbors and friends gathered at Tom's Tucson home to celebrate his life. We would like to extend an invitation for a Minnesota Celebration of Tom's life 2-5 p.m. Saturday, June 11 at the home of his niece, Kelly Thill, 207 Prevost Road in Cloquet.
