Rebecca “Becky” Jane Abrahamson, 55, of Cloquet passed away unexpectedly June 1, 2022. She was born Nov. 14, 1966, the daughter of Richard and Dorothy (Jankowski) Prevost. Becky enjoyed spending time with her kids and grandkids. She was a great cook — lasagna, spaghetti and Chinese were a few of her kids’ and grandkids’ favorites. She also loved gardening and spending time outside. Becky was a very caring, loving, giving and hilarious person. She held her religious beliefs very close to her heart.

Becky was preceded in death by her father, Richard, and loving friend, Charles Cox. She will be deeply missed by her three children, Broc Abrahamson, Blake (Megan) Abrahamson and Blythe (Jason) Bartl; grandchildren, Rachel and Lucy Bartl, and Mabry Abrahamson; her mother, Dorothy Prevost; sisters, Sue (Ben) Anderson, Mary (Wally) Hakala, Patty Prevost and Debby (Dale) Kamunen; special friend Jeff Morrison; and many nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews and friends.

Visitation: 3 p.m. until the 4 p.m. memorial service Tuesday, June 7 at Nelson Funeral Care in Cloquet. Becky will be laid to rest in New Calvary Cemetery.
