Mary Jean Port, 67, of Minneapolis and formerly of Cloquet, passed away Oct. 8, 2022, after a long battle with cancer.

She is survived by her husband, John Stuart; stepdaughter, Jeanne Stuart; parents, Bob and Jean Port; siblings, Kathy Port, Michael Port (Lisa Tetsugan), Terri Port Wright (Al Wright), Nancy Port, and Brenda Port; and numerous nieces and nephews.

Mary Jean was a published poet and creative writing instructor. A private memorial will be held.
