Beth Marianna Terp, 71, of Cloquet passed away in her home Friday, Dec. 2, 2022. She was born May 22, 1951, in Duluth, the daughter of Edward and Beatrice (Ehrman) Johnson. Beth graduated from Cloquet High School in 1969 and was proud to be a majorette. Beth worked at Black Bear Casino and at K1 Sportswear as a quality inspector. She enjoyed listening to windchimes, camping and four-wheeling, and spending time with family, especially her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Beth was a member of Queen of Peace Catholic Church.

Beth was preceded in death by her parents; brother-in-law, Leland Carlson; and grandson Samuel Olson. She is survived by her husband, Dean Terp; her three sons, Shad Olson, Kasey (Jaime) Olson, and Will (Lindsey) Terp; grandchildren Emily, Peter, Chloe, Patrick, Shawn, Kenley, Bode, Boe and Delanie; great-grandchildren, Bexley and Marley; one sister, Jill Carlson; and numerous nieces and nephews.

The family wishes to express a special thank-you to the Essentia Health Hospice team for the compassionate care given to Beth.

Visitation is scheduled for 10 a.m. until the 11 a.m. memorial service Thursday, Dec. 8 at Nelson Funeral Care in Cloquet, with burial to be held in New Calvary Cemetery.
