Anne F. Redfield, age 68 of Cloquet, passed away Wednesday, Jan. 18, 2023, at Diamond Willow Assisted Living in Proctor. She was born March 24, 1954 in Duluth, Minnesota, the daughter of Robert and Mandy (Balen) Redfield. She was a military daughter and was raised in many places including Alaska, Germany, and New York before resettling with her family in Cloquet. Anne loved her work as a social worker for Carlton County, and also loved crafting with her friends who called themselves, “The Scrapin’ Ho’s.”

Anne was preceded in death by her parents; and one brother, Robert Redfield Jr. She is survived by her sons, Jeremy Cullen, Tim (Sara) Groslie, and Tom Groslie; grandchildren, Liliana, Presley, Makalaeh, Tyler, and Conner; great-grandson, Jeremy; brother, Frank (Michelle) Redfield; sister, Mary (Tom) Ultican; a brother, Tom (Margie) Johnson; former husband, Dewey Groslie; close friend, Mary Carlson; and one niece and one nephew.

Visitation will be Saturday, Jan. 21, from 1 p.m. until the 2 p.m. Memorial Service at Our Savior’s Lutheran Church in Cloquet. Spring inurnment will be held at West Hillcrest Cemetery. Arrangements are entrusted to Nelson Funeral Care.
