Early morning crash injures one

A woman suffered life-threatening injuries early Tuesday morning in a car crash.

According to the Minnesota State Patrol incident report, 29-year-old Soleil Rintoul of New Richmond, Wisconsin, was driving a 2017 Ford F150 on Highway 210 in Carlton when she failed to navigate the curve near Vermillion Street just before 4 a.m. Tuesday. The truck left the roadway and came to rest in the trees. Road conditions were dry and the airbag deployed; the driver was wearing her seatbelt. Alcohol was not involved according to the report.
