Basilici was named Minnesota Association of County Recorders member of the year last week at a ceremony and gathering of all 87 counties in St. Louis Park. A 38-year employee with Carlton County, Basilici told the Pine Knot, "I love my work, and serving the public and being able to bring (state) statute to life for people."
