Representatives from Fond du Lac Band of Lake Superior Chippewa, Center for Biological Diversity, Minnesota Center for Environmental Advocacy, and WaterLegacy gathered Monday afternoon at the Central Hillside Community Center in Duluth to offer reactions to the Minnesota Court of Appeals ruling earlier in the morning overturning three permits issued to the Polymet mining project.
