Cloquet's Sarah Smith snags a Mexican sope from the Streetcar stand at Thursday's Food For Thought event. According to Streetcar head chef Mike Walsh, the sope was topped with adobo braised chicken, pico de gallo, avocado sour cream, finished with queso.
