The new roundabout at the corner of Washington Avenue and 14th Street is open to traffic going east and west on Washington, but 14th Street is still under construction both south and north of the intersection. During Tuesday's meeting, Ward 2 councilor Sheila Lamb encouraged residents to use extra caution and think of the kids walking, riding and driving to school there.
