Tony Sjolander, director of project planning and development at Kraus-Anderson, told more than 80 people last Thursday that improving spaces at the Wrenshall school would improve education. It was the first of two public meetings scheduled to allow discussion on the May 14 referendum that is asking for $14.4 million. The meeting was marked by students expressing their frustration with cramped spaces at the school, along with disappointment and offense that referendums failed in 2017 and 2018.
