Students at Cloquet Middle School, serving as chefs and sous-chefs for their groups, gathered around teacher Lynsee Wanous as she demonstrated rolling dough to make buns. Roughly 130 students in Wanous' seventh- and eighth-grade family consumer science cooking labs took part in baking more than 700 dinner rolls for the DAV Thanksgiving dinner.
