There is excitement when spotting the jug used between Wrenshall and Carlton girls basketball teams, because attached to it are box scores from the games. But then things get murky. Not every game since the girls jug game was introduced in 1980 is represented on the attachments. And many of the yearly scores have rubbed off. The girls jug is about a third of the size of the boys jug, which weighs about 30 pounds. There are no discernable markings anywhere on the jugs indicating who made them or when.
