Jeff Dotseth, R-Kettle River, performs the Minnesota House of Representatives oath of office with House Speaker Melissa Hortman, D-Brooklyn Park, at the Capitol in St. Paul on Tuesday. It was Dotseth's first swearing-in ceremony after being elected to represent District 11A last November.
