It looks like a giant sandpile right now, but Essentia Health is building a giant warehouse at the corner of Progress Drive and Bedrock Lane in Esko Industrial Park next to I-35. Look for walls to start going up before the end of the month, with a completion date next fall. There are only two more lots left in the industrial park, which is nearly full.
