During the past two weeks, a number of political signs put on private property have been stolen by persons unknown, but I’m guessing they are of the opposing political party. In talking with the Cloquet Police Department, it is a criminal offense to steal or deface a sign.
Until this year, I had never had a political sign stolen in all the years of putting them on my land where they can be seen from the road.
