A salute to the VFW and Legion auxiliary volunteers who worked tirelessly to prepare a delicious turkey dinner for our comrades in arms on Veterans Day.
A local bumper sticker bolsters the kudos: “If you can read this, thank a teacher. If it’s in English, thank a soldier.”
