Carol Kathryn Johnson, 86, of Cloquet passed away peacefully surrounded by family Saturday, Feb. 26, 2022, at Evergreen Knoll in Cloquet. She was born Jan. 17, 1936, in Munich, North Dakota to Diedrich and Kathryn Adrian.
Carol married Uno Richard Johnson on June 1, 1963 in Floodwood. She worked as a bookkeeper. She loved the Lord dearly and had been a member of Grace Church since 1970. She loved her family and friends.
Carol was preceded in death by her parents; husband Dick; and sister Marcella Fjeld.
Carol will be missed by her children Daniel (Eva) Johnson of Arizona, Ronald (Kris) Johnson of Cloquet, and Connie (Kevin) Yelle of Texas; siblings Richard (Jan) Adrian of Wyoming, Elda Kuiper of Wisconsin, and Fran Jones of Texas; brother-in-law Donald Fjeld of Floodwood; eight grandchildren, Natasha, Tanner, Madison, Alaina, Haley, Ryan, Abby and Gracy; four great-grandchildren; and many nieces, nephews and friends.

Visitation: 10 a.m. until the 11 a.m. memorial service Saturday, April 9 at Grace Church, 601 14th Street, Cloquet. A luncheon will follow in the church social hall. Inurnment in Pine River Cemetery.
