Ma and Pa Kettle Days schedule

Head to Kettle River Saturday for some small-town fun.

The street fair runs 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday. Expect at least 30 exhibitors.

Enjoy homemade pie, ice cream and something to drink from noon to 2 p.m. at the senior citizens building next to the firehall.

Bingo, called by Kettle River's Rick Gresczyk, runs 1 to 4 p.m. in the Veterans building.

Find miniature golf near the firehall all day and maybe into the night, depending on interest, run by Todd Lawrence. Later in the afternoon, Tony Tracy and a collection of local musicians will play a round of music popularized by local bands over the years.

The Tower Tap has music late into the night and has organized a cornhole event between the bar and the old Co-op store.

The fun isn't contained to one day only. There will be karaoke Thursday at the Tower Tap and music under the Big Top Friday. The Tower Tap will host the Battle of the Bars on Sunday.
