The Carlton Chamber is organizing the annual downtown Carlton trick-or-treat and scarecrow competition, so plan to bring your tiny superheroes and ghouls for two hours of fun 1-3 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 29. This free event usually draws close to 1,500 children and families. Local businesses can join in the fun by registering with the Carlton Chamber before Friday, Oct. 29.
