Turn your clocks back

Remember to turn your clocks back one hour this weekend, as daylight saving time ends in the wee hours of Sunday morning (2 a.m. to be precise). We'll get an extra hour of sleep, but it also means less daylight as we head into the winter months.

In March, the U.S. Senate passed legislation that would make daylight saving time permanent starting in 2023, but the Sunshine Protection Act has not passed the House of Representatives. Many sleep experts recommend the opposite and moving to permanent standard time instead....
