Brenner feted

The 2022 Association of Minnesota Counties (AMC) Awards Committee selected Carlton County commissioner Dick Brenner as one of three recipients of the AMC Outstanding Service Award. Established in 1985, this award is presented to individuals who have exhibited exceptional leadership, participation and service to Minnesota counties and the Association.
