Minnesota Department of Transportation will begin constructing median crossovers on Interstate 35 near the Atkinson Bridge in Carlton County on July 17. I-35 will be reduced to one lane in each direction with temporary closures of the passing lane. Closures will be removed for weekend traffic peaks. Work is expected to be complete in early August. The Atkinson Bridge crosses Carlton County Road 61....
