For county's 4-Hers, August is time to shine

More than 135 4-H members will showcase their year-long learning and achievements at the Carlton County Fair next week.

Minnesota county fairs are not just fun annual events for 4-Hers. Every summer, tens of thousands of members participate in county fairs to showcase the knowledge and skills they’ve gained throughout the year, and to continue their learning experiences.
