New mothers have a resource

Community Memorial Hospital is offering “Beyond the Bump: Growing together,” a free eight-week class to empower and educate moms through the beginning stages of motherhood. Free classes are 5-6 p.m. Tuesdays beginning Oct. 3 at the hospital. Open to all, but registration at http://www.cloquethospital.com is necessary. You do not need to be a CMH patient. Free childcare will be available. Topics include introduction to solids, teething, returning to exercise, pelvic health, managing expectations, mental health and more.
