Congratulations to Myrna Wells Ulland for being elected national president at the recent convention of the Women of the ELCA in Phoenix.

Eddie Sandoval-Luna has opened his new Mexican restaurant, Oasis Del Norte, at 2401 W. Superior St. in the Lincoln Park Craft District in Duluth. The taqueria is open 11 a.m.-9 p.m. Tuesday-Saturday and 12-8 p.m. Sundays. Eddie is Mark and Linda Dahlman’s son-in-law. He has had his food truck in our area several times.

The Women of Bethlehem’s fall rummage sale is 2-7 p.m. Friday, Oct. 6 and 9 a.m.-noon on Saturday.
