A Culver man was found dead Sunday, Oct. 29 after his vehicle apparently flipped into a water-filled ditch off St. Louis County Highway 7 south of Highway 133 in Meadowlands Township.

A 911 call came in just before 9 a.m. Sunday. Area first responders were dispatched and found a male, the only occupant of the vehicle, inside the vehicle. He was later identified as 25-year-old Zachary Nicholas Johnson from Culver.
