The St. Louis County Sheriff's Office brought its mobile command center and communication center as well as an armored vehicle. Both were set up in the L&M parking lot where additional officers monitored the scene until the search for the shooter was called off around 8:30 p.m. Monday when police confirmed he was among the deceased.
