U.S. senator Tina Smith stands with Fond du Lac Band of Lake Superior Chippewa RBC chair Kevin Dupuis in the powwow arena Saturday. Dupuis said Smith was the first U.S. senator to attend the Veterans Powwow. Eighth District congressman Pete Stauber also attended the powwow.
