There are six items inside each absentee ballot envelope mailed out from the Carlton County Auditor's Office. Included in the absentee ballot envelope that arrives at a person's house are the ballot itself, detailed directions, a sheet detailing this year's changes to the process, plus a "secrecy envelope" and two more envelopes.
