Susan Karen Flynn of Cloquet passed away Thursday, July 14, 2022, in Cloquet at the age of 79. A Celebration of Life will be held 11 a.m.-1 p.m. Tuesday, Aug. 16 at Nelson Funeral Care.

Leland “Lee” Sewell Tibbetts, 67, of Cloquet passed away Sunday, July 17, 2022 in his home. Private services were held. Arrangements entrusted to Atkins Northland Funeral Home.

The Rev. Robert “Bob” Kleinke, 74, former pastor at Bethany Lultheran Church in and Bethlehem Lutheran churches from 1994 through 1996, passed away July 12. A memorial service was held July 16 at Gloria Dei Lutheran Church in Duluth.

John M. Polich, 97, of Cromwell passed away July 4. John had resided at Cardinal Court in Cromwell since June 2018. A graveside service was held July 17.

Robert Arthur Stewart, 91, of Tamarack passed away July 11 in Villa Vista Senior Living. Visitation is 10 a.m. until the 11 a.m. funeral service Friday, July 22 at the Round Lake Presbyterian Church, followed by burial at the cemetery near the church.

Edward Nieman, former pastor at Bethany Lutheran Church in Cromwell and Bethlehem Lutheran Church in Wright, passed away July 4, 2022. Visitation: 5-7 p.m. with 6:15 p.m. prayer service Thursday, Aug. 11 at Washburn-McReavy Funeral Home, Coon Rapids. Visitation continues at 10 a.m. until the 11 a.m. service Friday, Aug. 12, followed by lunch and pie social, all at Faith Lutheran Church in Coon Rapids.
