It is with a heavy heart that I write this week’s news column. My husband of 52 years, Bob Hanson, died Oct. 1 in our home with me by his side. He had been bedridden for the past few months and was surely ready to go, but the reality of his passing is just starting to set in. We will have a memorial service this coming weekend.
