8 a.m. to 12 p.m., Barnum Senior Center, 3794 Main St. Also 10 a.m.-2 p.m. Saturday. Proceeds toward building expenses.

Microchip clinic 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. at Veterans Park for dogs, cats and other small pets. Free for Carlton County residents with proof of residency.

Junior Ranger “Feathered Friends”

Cloquet Public Schools annual Ziigwan powwow at Cloquet Middle School, with master of ceremonies Frank Goodwin. Grand entries at 1 p.m. and 6 p.m., feast at 4 p.m. Featuring special category dancers, Fond du Lac Honor Guard and more. All welcome to this free community event honoring students, programs and schools.
