The Duluth Huskies host Knock Summer Reading Out of the Park! 9:30-11 a.m. Friday, June 7 at Churchill Elementary in the gym. Huskies players will read stories and lead exercises. Each child will receive a free baseball-themed book and a ticket to a Huskies game.

Moose Lake Area Historical Society plant sale 9 a.m.-1 p.m. Saturday, June 8 at the Moose Lake Depot & Fires of 1918 Fire Museum, 900 Folz Blvd, Moose Lake.

Spring Fever Days car show 9 a.m.-2 p.m. $3/spectator, proceeds to St. Luke’s Regional Cancer Center. Craft and vendor show featuring 50+ crafters and vendors, 9 a.m.-3 p.m. Saturday, June 8 at Carlton County Fairgrounds, 307 Front St. in Barnum.

Children’s Garden in Residence free camp for kids ages 7-10 Tuesdays, 1:30-3:30 p.m., at the Cloquet Library. Refire! luncheon 11:30 a.m.-12:45 p.m. Monday, June 17, Community Memorial Hospital in the Oak Room, with Bree Mattson, clinical director of the Cloquet Advanced Wound Clinic, presenting “Help is Here for Your Swollen Legs.” Geared toward adults 55 and over, but all welcome.
